This flamboyant patchwork skirt has a highly generous full design. Four tiers of bright multicolored squares falling beautifully from the deep smocked waistband to swirl and cascade around the ankles
Because of the relaxing stretchy elasticated waistband, this maxi skirt can easily be pulled on over the head or up from the ankles as desired
