Late 1970's, MAYBE very early 80's... semi-sheer acrylic pointelle knit. Small Peter Pan collar, popover with a little button keyhole at the back of the neck. I wear a S, but you can see this just doesn't fit me well... the sleeves are too long, and there's extra bust room on me. Maybe better as a M, so it's more 'filled out'. Please compare the measurements below with a top you have at home that fits well.
