No brand

I purchased this from a used clothing store about a year ago.I've worn it a few times, and while there are no noticeable scratches or stains, it is a used item, so there was some wear and tear from the time of purchase. Please only purchase if you are relaxing with this.The tag says 38, but there was no country size indication on the tag, so I've described the size based on how it feels when worn.
